The story behind the work

I don't consider myself a photographer. I bought a camera for something else entirely. One day I started shooting and thought I might have found a new hobby. I captured shots along a road trip and fell in love with the process. I've always been drawn to art in every form. And I've come to learn that sometimes no words need to be said. Internal interpretation is powerful and I try to capture that in the photos I take. It seems nowadays photos aren't even real anymore. With the exception of black and white conversion, these aren't edited for perfection. No manipulation, no AI. No removing unwanted objects or mystifying. These photos are raw, straight from the camera. I never intended to sell my photos, but when multiple people say you should, the wheels start turning. So I built a site and that's what I'm doing. Not as mass cheap prints, but true gallery quality statement pieces that can be appreciated.
